Returns & Exchanges
Ambiance by The Green Goddess is not accepting returns or exchanges at this time while some difficulties are being worked out. Thank you for understanding!
Refunds
However, refunds are accepted for specific exceptions:
Malfunctions - Item breaks or malfunctions within the first 30 days after delivery date. Shipping issues - Item arrives damaged, incorrect, or still doesn't arrive after allotted delivery dates.
To submit a refund request - Sign into your Customer Account Sign in - Ambiance you may have to enter a 6-digit code sent to your email, on the Orders screen select "request return" under the item you wish to receive a refund. Next under Select a Reason pick either "received the wrong item" or "damaged or defective" then select "Request Return" IMPORTANT follow by submitting required information listed below via email for review.
To be approved for a refund - Please immediately provide proof of purchase, the name and email used at checkout, and CLEAR WELL-LIT photographs and/or videos of how the package arrived, or any malfunctions occurred within the 30-day period and submit via email to ambiance8888@gmail.com for review.
If more than 15 days have passed before you receive an email confirming or denying your refund, please reach out immediately at ambiance8888@gmail.com.

CHOKING HAZARD - NOT for children under 3 years of age OR any one susceptible to swallowing a small object that CAN get lodged in the throat or any other small entry into the body resulting in potential breathing issues, pain or intense discomfort. If this does occur, please seek immediate medical attention to avoid any further injury or even death.
SHARP MATERIAL HAZARD - Earring Hooks can be sharp, while they are fixed at the ends for comfort, they still closely resemble a needle and can act as one. Be aware one should never force the end of the hook through skin or other materials to avoid injury or damage. Stretching any metal can cause material to expose potentially sharp metal. If glass beads break, they can be sharp in shape, please be aware all of the above can scratch, cut, or impale the skin and/or other materials by not carefully handling.
BROKEN JEWELRY HAZARD - If the elasticity of a stretch cord snaps under excessive force while wearing it, the cord may come in contact with skin possibly causing painful spots on the skin. Chain Links, Jump Rings, and Earring Hooks can stretch open if pulled too hard, be aware this can also scratch or cut the skin and/or other materials.
THESE ARE NOT A TOYS AND SHOULD ONLY BE WORN ON THE BODY AS A DECORATION. MAKE SURE ONLY RESPONSIBLE PARTIES PARTAKE IN WEARING THIS JEWELRY. Ambiance by The Green Goddess is NOT liable for any injury or death occurred due to consumer negligence, and no refunds are given to those who DO NOT read and understand the warnings stated. By continuing to purchase you are agreeing to these terms and when your jewelry arrives it is your responsibility to take safety precautions as necessary.
