Shipping policy

After an order is placed & fulfilled, shipping processes will begin to get your order to you as soon as possible. *Please understand that Ambiance by The Green Goddess is NOT in control of how long orders take to arrive*

Once you've completed checkout and payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details regarding your order, including tracking information to stay updated in real time. Listed below is a breakdown of the estimated times of arrival through the United States Postal Service:

  • FIRST CLASS MAIL: Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days
    • Local delivery expected in 1-2 business days
    • Regional delivery expected in 2-3 business days
    • Cross-country delivery expected in 3-5 business days
  • UPSP GROUND ADVANTAGE: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days
    • Local delivery expected in 2-3 business days
    • Regional delivery expected in 3-4 business days
    • Cross-country delivery expected in 4-5 business days
  • MEDIA MAIL: Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days
    • Cross-country delivery expected on average 4-6 business days

Shipping is based in Orlando FL; delivery times are going based off of that general location. Please note that if you are located furthest away anywhere in the United States of America, delivery times may vary based on weather, distance, and any other shipping related issues.

REFUNDS

In the case of an order arriving damaged, incorrect, or not at all, a full refund will be issued as long as the required proof is provided immediately after receiving it or noticing it was not delivered during its allotted time frame. Please understand some wait times may be longer than expected, however, in the case that an order has still not arrived in 15 days, please contact via email ambiance8888@gmail.com as soon as possible for fastest and best service.

Requirements when providing proof must include

Damaged or incorrect items - Must immediately provide proof of purchase, the name and email used at checkout, and CLEAR WELL-LIT photos and/or videos showing how the package arrived. Submit all required information via email to ambiance8888@gmail.com for review.

Missing orders or any other related issues - Must immediately provide proof of purchase, the name and email used at checkout, and tracking information. Submit all required information via email to ambiance8888@gmail.com for review.

Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days depending on your bank, please be aware it may take time to see this appear in your account, please visit the Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a refund.
